today was spent with team illusion..
met up with eileen and jovelle in town for dinner and shopping..
coincidentally ran into my cousin xuanny and family @ ps.. =D
then went down to mustafa cause they wanted to get usb cables for their psp's there..
apparently it only costs 6.90 there compared to the outside price of 12.90..
I HATE GOING TO MUSTAFA ON WEEKENDS..!!!!
it's so freaking crowded and the people there push you around like nobody's business..
met up with jack, ivan, yongchuen, alex, shuming and anqi there..
followed by supper @ changi village..
ayam penyet and iced milo for me..
then we went to the tua pek kong temple cause the others wanted to go bai bai (pray)..
since i'm the only one who doesn't pray to tua pek kong, i waited outside for the others..
the temple's kinda intimidating to me..
especially that main hall which is filled with the statues of what i suppose are chinese gods..
the whole process of praying seemed pretty long cos from where i was sitting i noticed the others walking all around the place to pay their respects, offer joss sticks, burn err.. i don't know what the paper's called =X and rubbing the golden statues of the ingot and chinese zodiac animals..
eye-opener ya..!! =)
so yea, the readings at the start of my post came from the handouts at the temple..

I LOVE THE DMK PAPER BAGS that eileen and jov got for their shoes..!! the colour's damn nice la.. but the lady wouldn't give me an extra one cause she said they were limited.. boo.. =(
i actually wanted to take a picture of my visor when i realized i could be seen in the reflection.. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....

the only item i bought today.. a tee from queens couture which cost me 47 bucks (original price was 59buckeroos).. so SINFUL la.. =S me, leen and jov each bought a shirt cos they were going at 10% off but if you buy 3 it's a 20% discount on the total..
eileen said the shirt was so ME.. =X
my christmas presents from the girls..
an elegant necklace from jov cause she can't stand me wearing my loud and funky accessories when i wear feminine dresses.. =X heh..

i got my slippers from the living room and wore them into the toilet cause i wasn't gonna risk having that THING run into my path and me squishing it with my bare feet.. EEEEEEKS.. =X
didn't have time to wait for the roach to run away because i really really needed to go..
